What are the sizes like?

Under each item, you'll find an image specifying the measurements for that particular product.

How long does it take to receive my order?

At D2Shop, we focus on environmental friendliness, fairness, and sustainability. This means orders can sometimes take a bit longer to ship, as clothing is printed/embroidered as needed to avoid excess stock. Thank you for your patience!

Occasionally, we also offer pre-orders for certain items, with the earliest estimated shipping date provided under the product details.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Order confirmation is sent via email shortly after the purchase is completed. If you don't see the confirmation, please check your spam folder as it might have ended up there.

I want to exchange an item

If you wish to exchange the garment you purchased for another size, you need to use the right of withdrawal within 30 days and return the item in the condition it was delivered in, along with the order number and a note indicating your desire to refund the order. At the same time, you can order a new item.

For the sake of the climate, we aim to keep returns as low as possible. So, please check the size chart before placing your order to ensure the item fits you.

Are the products sustainable?

We strive to push the textile industry, known for its environmental impact, towards sustainability. We do this by offering quality products with third-party certifications and by adopting an environmental management program such as the Eco-Lighthouse. I don't want to keep the item - what do I do?

If the item you ordered doesn't fit or you simply don't want it, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping and ensuring that the item is safely returned to us.

To refund the purchase amount: Include a note with the name of the person who placed the order and/or the order number, indicating it's for a refund. Return address: D2 Productions AS, Skogstøstraen 25, 4029 Stavanger, Norway.

Received the wrong item - what do I do?

If you notice any discrepancies in the package you receive from us or if you have received the wrong item/size, D2Shop will cover the return shipping and the shipping for the new order. Contact us via email to receive a return label from us. Please include in the email: name/order number, the issue, and a photo if possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally with tracking.

Received a damaged item?

Please send us a picture of the damaged item to post@d2merch.no. Keep the item until you have contacted us, as we may need it returned.
